Meet the Team

Matt graduated from Belmont University with a degree in finance before starting his career as a financial advisor in Nashville, Tennessee. After moving to Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Matt began building what is now Alinity Wealth Management, joined along the way by partners, Ethan Bowling and Joey Wilks.

With nearly 19 years of experience, Matt continues working with clients to support them in pursuing their goals while also overseeing the continued development of the firm.

Matt is married to Kim (going on 20 years) and together they have three girls: Emma (12), Abbey (10), and Lily (8). Matt’s biggest fear is the year all three are teenagers! In the meantime, however, the girls love running around the house singing and dancing as they prepare for their next performance at the Baton Rouge Christian Youth Theater (CYT).

While Matt supports his girls through auditions and performances, he has also joined the board of CYT as treasurer to further support this wonderful organization. Giving back to the community and to others is a core value of the Kubicek family as is evident in the additional non-profits they support through service and financial giving.

When not singing the lyrics of the latest musical performance, you can find Matt training for his next race. Inspired by Kim to get into running, he runs rain or shine. He has completed two marathons and most recently, his first triathlon.
