Investment Operations Associate

Jeff graduated from Louisiana State University in 2022 with a degree in finance, though his interest in investing began much earlier. After serving for many years in law enforcement and retiring from the LSU Police Department as a Patrol Lieutenant, Jeff transitioned into financial services to combine his passion for investing with his desire to help others. He earned his CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER® certification in 2025 and joined Alinity Wealth Management in 2026. Jeff supports clients and advisors through account opening, client service requests, workflow management, trading support, and many of the behind-the-scenes processes that help create a seamless client experience.

A lifelong resident of the Baton Rouge area, Jeff has been married to his wife, Meredith, for more than 26 years. The two first met while serving together as volunteer firefighters and are proud parents of two children: a son serving in the U.S. Army as a medic and a daughter attending LSU.

Jeff loves traveling and is always looking forward to the next adventure. While he enjoys revisiting favorite destinations, he is equally excited about seeing new places and cultures. His travel wish list includes a Panama Canal cruise, a trans-Pacific voyage, Oktoberfest in Munich, and finally making up for the British Isles trip he and Meredith had to cancel in 2020.

Closer to home, Jeff volunteers on the security team at his church and is a part-owner of a local craft brewery. He also enjoys reading, staying active, and meeting new people. While many know him as an avid traveler, they may be surprised to learn that he is a fan of period dramas such as Downton Abbey, Bridgerton, and The Gilded Age. He has also been a daily Pokémon Go player for more than a decade and has logged over 39,000 kilometers while playing the game.
